An IT company asked us to arrange an incentive for their top achieving sales managers under their ‘Wish You Were Here’ incentive scheme banner

  • Access to venues and events that are difficult to gain access to under normal circumstances

The Solution

Las Vegas was the chosen destination with direct flights from London and the MGM Grand Hotel was our base for the weekend.

After a direct flight from London and a short transfer from the airport, the group were greeted with welcome cocktails followed by group check in, and a buffet dinner on the 64th floor Mix Bar at the Mandalay.  Some fantastic views of the city!

During the weekend, the group visited a gun range where they had the opportunity to shoot several types of machine gun, visited the famous nightclub Wynn Las Vegas, had dinner at Smith & Wollensky Steakhouse, went to a Cirque du Soleil Show and had their own private pool party. They also had the chance to visit Old Vegas, not something every visitor gets to see!

Following a leisurely morning on the final day and ‘all you can eat’ brunch at the hotel the group headed for the airport and a well-deserved sleep on their red-eye overnight flight home!



Highlights & Challenges
