- A young group so fantastic restaurants and an evening at a nightclub to be included

The Solution
As a long haul flight was not an option, we could not consider Cape Town, Dubai or Abu Dhabi and it was felt that the weather was a little uncertain at this time in the other destinations that we suggested which were Malta, Cyprus and Marakech. So the Canary Islands really were the best destination for winter sun and Tenerife ticked the boxes over the other islands due to its more diverse scenery and activity opportunities.
The group stayed at the 5* Melia Palacio de Isora on the south west of the island and during the event enjoyed a quad bike safari up to the Mount Teide volcano and a day of whale watching from the deck of a 30 metre exclusively chartered catamaran equipped with DJ and private chef.
Highlights & Challenges

- Arranging a number of unusual team activities that were inline with the companies ‘Approved and Non-approved activities’.
- Booking a VIP area in Papagayo nightclub – the most popular night spot on the island
