The programme includes:

• 40 minutes flying time by helicopter from Battersea or Vanguard, just south of Canary Wharf (depart at 10.15 hrs and return at 17.15 hrs).
• Optional 20 minute flight over the picturesque Solent coastline (extra cost)
• Private Wine Tasting Masterclass with the resident Sommelier. Canapés will be served in accompaniment
• Six Course Luncheon - selected menu of the Chef’s signature dishes and selected wine with each course, mineral water, coffee and petit fours
