Deauville, France

Normandy’s most chic and elegant coastal town is the setting for this exhilarating day. The thrill of accelerating a Lotus Super Seven around an exclusively reserved track certainly builds up an appetite. Then cool down and relax at the distinguished Ciro’s restaurant, with its superb cuisine and magnificent views of Deauville’s sweeping beaches. A visit to the region wouldn’t be complete without a tasting at a Calvados distillery, for which Normandy is so famous.

The programme includes:

  • 45 minutes flying time (depart at 0830 hrs and return at 1815 hrs)
  • Motor racing in two seater Lotus Super Sevens or equivalent cars with 2 people per car. For larger groups they will be split between Super Sevens and a carting challenge, and then swap at half time. All protective clothing is provided, if required
  • Soft drinks at the circuit
  • 3 course lunch at Ciro’s on the famous ‘Planches’ overlooking the beach and sea
  • Champagne aperitif, 1 bottle of wine, mineral water and coffee
  • Tour of the Calvados distillery at Chateau de Breuil
  • Gift of a bottle of Calvados in a presentation box

Note:

  • Ciro’s is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you wish to travel on those days an alternative restaurant can be found.
  • With group sizes of either 29 or 46 people, lunch will be arranged at Belle Epoque restaurant in the Hotel Normandy
  • An overnight extension assumes that you will be staying on a week-day. Some drinks are also included during the dinner.
  • Anyone taking part in the Lotus Super Seven driving must bring their licence with them.
