General Points

ATOL + ITMA

Vantage Point Ltd are full members of the ITMA (Incentive Travel and Meetings Association) and are fully bonded with the CAA.  ATOL number 4481.

Charter aircraft

The various aircraft used are based at a number of airports around the Country.  All prices are subject to availability, but final costs will depend on your preferred departure airport.   Costs have been based on the following aircraft departing from the following:

We reserve the right to adjust the prices should the cost of the flights increase and if an alternative departure airport is requested.

Group sizes

The size of the group is dictated by the size of the aircraft.  Larger numbers are possible either with multiples of these aircraft or a single larger plane.

Gratuities

These have been included for all events.  If you feel that you have been given special service then please take care of this directly

Insurance

Please ensure that all participants have suitable travel insurance.  Vantage Point can provide this at a cost of £10 pp. for the day.

Programme Variations

The arrangements offered are intended to be sold as a whole package; however some adjustments and enhancements can be made on request.

Time of year

These events can be operated throughout the year, but obviously there is a greater issue with the weather during the winter months and the daylight hours are shorter.
