The Vantage Point Group offer an event itinerary app for all projects. It allows us to upload event itineraries and important travel documents onto the app, which guests can then view prior to and during an event. Guests can also view maps, weather forecasts and receive important notifications regarding the event / itinerary. As well as making sure everyone is organised, it builds anticipation and is paper free.
With our sister company Dataflow Events, we have developed an online web registration site which is perfect for groups. If you choose to use this service, your own site will be branded with your company/event logo. Your delegates will receive a link to this website and then in their own time they can enter their personal requirements relating to travel arrangements, dietary requirements and any other elements you wish to include. Within the site we can also provide details of the destination, the hotel etc. All this adds up to saving you time in gathering and collating delegate information prior to the event. It also leaves very little margin for error as delegates are entering their own information via a secure site.

Travelling to and from your destination efficiently and in comfort is absolutely essential. We are ATOL bonded (10405) so we are fully insured to book flights on your behalf. We can book individual flights or group flights for larger groups where there is more flexibility in terms of the number of seats we can hold and when we have to provide passenger names.
We’ll also arrange all of your transportation during your event with our reliable suppliers and if required we can also help with the booking of your transport to and from the airport within the UK.
